Bar Codes
Bar Code Label Placement
•
All labels should be placed on the tubes securely and without flaps
sticking out. (See Figure A.2.) Excessive numbers of labels may
prevent tubes from mixing properly.
•
The Bar Code Label should be placed on the tube just below the
stopper with the bars perpendicular to the length of the tube. See
Figure A.2 for proper placement.
