This function is intended to perform the core responsibility of the High speed
transfer device, i.e., to transfer the busbar load from one feeder to another upon
initiation in the shortest possible time, safely. The primary functional mode of
this function is the execution of fast transfer. In this, the commands are issued
simultaneously to the respective circuit breakers which is to be opened or closed,
on condition that the feeders be synchronous with one another. In the event of
non-synchronous feeders or break before make arrangements, it offers a number
