Memory Functions and More • 8–11
Use the following procedure to store switcher memory registers using an
MLE Memory Group
:
1. Set up the desired effect in an MLE.
2. In the
Memory Group
of the selected MLE, press
STORE
.
3. On the keypad (in the
MLE Memory
group), enter the desired register:
•
If required, select the bank. Two methods are available:
~
Press
BANK
repeatedly, to advance by
one bank per press
.
~
Press and
hold
BANK
, then press the number of the desired bank (from
0
to
9
).
Once you select the bank, the number is displayed on the display (in the 10’s digit
column) and the
ENTER
button lights.
•
Select the register within the bank (
0
to
9
). The number is displayed on the display
(in the 1’s digit column).
4. Press
ENTER
to complete the procedure. The MLE is now stored in memory and the
ENTER
button light turns off.
This concludes the procedure to store switcher memory registers using an MLE Memory Group.
Notes on Storing Memory Registers
Please note the following important points regarding memory register storage:
•
If you wish to cancel the entire storage procedure at any point, simply turn off the
STORE
button by pressing
RECALL
,
MLE RATE
or
KEY RATE
.
•
Storing a setup in a specific register overwrites any previous information that may have
been contained in that register. There is no “undo” function with regard to storage.
•
If you have enabled the
Next Available Memory
option in the
Personality Menu
:
~
the Synergy switcher will display the next unnamed, available memory register in
the
Memory System Group
of all MLEs as determined by the last memory register
you used. You can override the selection by using the keypad in the desired
MLE
Memory System Group
to enter a different memory register.
~
if there are no available registers in the selected memory bank, the following pop-up
message is displayed.

Operating
Tip
The next unnamed, available memory register is now displayed in the
MLE Memory
group if the
Next Available Memory
option is
enabled. You can save your memory to this register or select another.
Note
If the desired bank is
already
selected, you need only select the register
(from
0
to
9
).
