5.4. Connection of alternative power supplies

Apart from the plug-in power supply described in detail, other voltage supplies for PiXtend
V2 -L- can also be used. A further example - a DIN rail power supply - we would like to
show you on the following pages. Please always observe the associated safety
instructions before applying voltage to power supplies or your PiXtend V2 -L- module.

Note!

Please ensure that the power supply complies with the legal
requirements of your country before purchase. In case of doubt, ask
the manufacturer or dealer for approval.
Always observe the safety instructions for the respective power supply,
which must be enclosed in printed form.

Warning!

While you are working on the connection wires of a power supply, the
power supply must never be connected to the mains voltage!
