As a result, a decision must be made between DAC and CAN. Only one of the two devices
can be operated at a time. Parallel operation of both functions is not possible. The jumper
may only be moved when the module is de-energized.
For the use of the CAN controller, another GPIO of the Raspberry Pi is important. The
interrupt line is connected to the GPIO4. If the GPIO is configured as an input, it can be
queried in the software or by the kernel module used. The interrupt line is "active low".
One of the two ground connections of PiXtend, which are located directly between the data
lines on the terminal strip, must be further looped to the other bus participants.
