If INTERLOCK (X16 - X17 and X18 - X19) is opened, the laser pumping is turned off and the shutter is closed, regardless of
whether or not the laser is radiating. Refer to “Laser marker operation when functions for safety measures are input” (P.77).

by the same operation, but their output timing has a margin of error.
