17.4.14 Checking crankshaft run-out at bearing pin

- Position the crankshaft on a roller block.

- Turn the crankshaft slowly.

Check the crankshaft run-out on both bearing pins.

If the crankshaft run-out at the bearing pin is larger than

the specification:

17.4.15 Measuring the crankshaft end play

- Align the crankshaft.

- Insert the crankshaft into the right section of the engine case.

- Mount the left section of the engine case.

- Mount and tighten the screws.
