R oute th e cam ch ain th ro u g h th e c y lin d e r an d install
th e c y lin d e r o v e r th e piston w h ile co m p ressin g th e
piston ring s w ith y o u r fing ers.
S lid e th e jo in t c o lla r in to th e h o le in th e c y lin d e r and
c o n n e c t it.
Install th e retain in g clips in to th e jo in t collar
g ro o ves.
Front cylinder only: Install a n e w O -ring to th e w a te r hose jo in t g roove.
Install th e w a te r hose jo in t to th e fro n t c y lin d e r and
tig h te n th e bolts secu rely.
Install th e cy lin d e r h ead (p a g e 9-25).
