Output Functions

FUNCTION #

DESCRIPTION

END OF SEQUENCE

This output comes ON after the completion of a motion sequence.  A motion sequence is
completed when a HOME, INDEX, or PROGRAM or a combination thereof, is executed
and no further commands are pending.  This output turns OFF automatically with the next
motion or when the CLEAR END OF SEQUENCE is used.

PROGRAMMABLE OUTPUTS

The output lines assigned this function can be turn ON or OFF with the UPDATE
OUTPUTS programming function.

END OF PROGRAM

This output comes ON after each completion of a PROGRAM.  It turns OFF automatically
with the next motion or when the CLEAR END OF PROGRAM is used.

END OF PROGRAM COUNT

This output comes ON only after a program is executed the number of times specified by the
PROGRAM COUNT.  It is turned OFF automatically with the next motion or when the
CLEAR END OF PROGRAM COUNT is used.

IN SUSPEND

This output is ON when the SUSPEND PROGRAM input function is active.  (See I/O
Suspend Resume Feature Section.)

AT SYNC

This output is on AT SYNC speed match as determined by the programmed ratio.

SYNC FAULT

If an auto cycle restart is used based on external encoder counts, this fault occurs if the count
register is satisfied when a WAIT FOR EXTERNAL COUNT program step is encountered.
This output is cleared with the CLEAR FAULT input or the RESET pushbutton.
