Possible cause of the fault:

1.

Unless the regenerative energy is dissipated, the BUS charges to an unacceptable
high level and the drive shuts down. Using external shunt resistors and a larger
shunt fuse can help.

2.

Altering the decel ramps could sufficiently alter the regeneration to an acceptable
level.

3.

Changing velocity by gear ratios could relieve the problem.

Excess Ambient

As an early indicator that the enclosure ambient temperature is too high, this indicator
comes on as a diagnostic indicator.

Possible cause of the fault:

Improved ventilation.

2.

Increased enclosure size.

3.

Air conditioning.
