2.6.2 Optional Quad Monitor Card
As an option you can upgrade the standard dual monitor card to a quad monitor card,
which gives you up to four monitor outputs for your Multi-View in either DVI or VGA.
The four monitor outputs are connected through a dual VHDCI connection, as shown
below, and use breakout cables to a dual DVI-I connectors (VGA adaptors are included
as well).
The left connector (A) is monitor output 1 and 3 and the right connector (B) is monitor
output 2 and 4.
The Multi-View output is in the fifth PCI card slot on the back of the workstation. Older
systems uses a DMS-59 connector, so do not confuse the quad card Multi-View output
with the DVI I/O card (if installed), as they use the same DMS type connector. However,
new systems use a VHDCI connector.

The maximum resolution of either monitor card depends on the resolution capabilities of the
monitor you are connecting.
