2. Troubleshooting
2.1 When trouble occurs
Please contact our company with details of the problem that occurs. Report the following
items in as much detail as possible.

• Controller model name and serial No.
example: regenerative unit

example: Since delivery, about 1 year

example: Nothing is displayed on screen

example: Servo won't turn on
