Signal: Phase Instantaneous Overcurrent Start Delay. IOC
(Instantaneous Overcurrent) elements are blocked for the time
programmed under this parameter.

Signal: Underload Start Delay. Underload(Instantaneous
Overcurrent) elements are blocked for the time programmed under
this parameter.
