[MENU], [4], [1], [05]
This function is used to analyze who or to whom transmissions have been executed on the
facsimile unit. By entering an Account Code for transmitting a document, data under the Ac-
count Code will be output on Journals.

] or [
↓
] key to select the desired option (On or OFF), then press the [ENTER]
key.
ON
To select the Account Code function.
OFF
Not to select the Account Code function.
<Remarks>
The Account Code feature can not be used to restrict access. The opera-
tor is prompted for an account code, but it is possible to simply press the
[START] key to initiate machine operations. If restricted access is desired,
then the Department Code feature should be set to ON.

After the “OPERATION COMPLETED” message is displayed, press the [STOP] key to
return to the Standby Mode screen.
