MG Motor Drive Circuit

The MG motor drive circuit consists of the I/OP-2 GA (IC48) and other peripheral devices. It
drives the DC motor connected to CN18 on the Mother PBA to drive the toner rummage plate
built in the developer assembly.
The I/OP-2 GA causes the MGON signal to be HIGH to turn on Q12. This allows a power
supply to be delivered to the MG motor for driving.
