3.13. Washing Solution Pre-heater (WSH)
3.13.1. Parts and Configuration
- Refer to “ASSY-15 WSH” for the unit assembly drawing.
- Refer to “Wiring-16 WSH” for the unit wiring diagram.
3.13.2. Function and Action
1. Function
This pre-heater is used for heating water (five lines), alkaline solution (one line)
and acidic solution (one line) used for washing of reaction cuvettes after
measurement to 37 Celsius degrees.
This washing water is dispended into reaction cuvettes from dispensation nozzle
of reaction cuvette washing station.
2. Temperature control
The temperature of water is detected by the sensor (fixed to the center of
station, and heater (4) is controlled accurately by PID control on TCD PCB.
