2. Assembling
Assembling procedure is the reverse of the above.
3. Cautions
1) Electric power should be off before the maintenance.
- If connecting or disconnecting while power is ON,
electronic parts may be damaged by electric shock.
2) Do not hold STM arm when lifting up the unit.
- The probe may be distorted if touched.
3) When removing M6 joint, wipe off the water flown from tube, before
moving the tube to the bottom of unit.
- If water is carried into STM section, electric parts such as sensors
may be damaged.
