7. Loosen fixing screws (three) of unit
and stay, and remove them.
8. While holding base plate and spline
shaft bearing, pull up the unit to
remove, taking care of tubes and
wiring.
2. Assembling
Assembling procedure is the reverse of the above.
3. Cautions
1. Electric power should be off before the maintenance.
- If connecting or disconnecting while power is ON,
electronic parts may be damaged by electric shock.
2. Do not hold arm when lifting the unit up.
- The probe may be distorted if touched.
3. When removing M6 joint, wipe off the water flown from tube, before
moving the tube to the bottom of unit.
- If water is carried into electric parts such as sensors, they may
be damaged.
