Position No. minus One
4. Input 1000 in the blank of Raw Data, and click Set button.
Clicking Set or Cancel button, the dialog box is closed.
5. Move the reaction cuvette with de-ionized water in it on the optic axis in
the following procedure.
- Click INIT button in the row of RCT Move.
- Input the number, which is the position number of the reaction cuvette with
de-ionized water in it minus one, in the blank of Cell No.
(For example, input 44 in case of the position number 45.)
- Click Position button in the row of RCT Move.
- Click 1/2 CW button in the row of RCT Move.

Clicking Gain button in the row of All CH Adjust, the gain is automatically
set.

Click Save button to save the setting.
8. Move the reaction cuvette with de-ionized water in it to the original position as
follows.
- Click INIT button in the row of RCT Move.
- The reaction cuvette with de-ionized water in it goes back to the position
originally
set.
9.
Take out the reaction cuvette with de-ionized water in it, and set the original
reaction cuvette.
10.
Go back to the manual function screen by clicking Exit button.
