3.6.3. Unit Dismantling and Re-assembly
1. Unit dismantling
1. Turn off the system power source and
PC power switch.
2. Open top cover.

Pull and remove front panel.
- Refer to chapter 1, page 1-5.
4. Loosen M6 joints (two) connected to
pump head and solenoid valve
respectively, and remove piping.
- When removing piping, washing
solution in piping tube is frown
backwards. Wipe it up with tissue
paper.
5. Loosen screw (one) fixing unit and
remove it, and then remove unit.
- One of two fixing screws has already
been removed as shown in 3) above.
6. Remove five connectors connected to
unit.

2. Assembling
Assembling procedure is the reverse of the above.
