Assembling procedure is the reverse of the above.

Cautions

- Electric power should be off before the maintenance.

If connecting or disconnecting while power is ON,

electric parts may be damaged by electric shock.

- When removing piping, wipe up the water flown from tube.

If water is carried into electric parts such as sensors, they

may be damaged

- Take a great care not to be infected with any infection when dealing
