5.1.2 Explanation of Various Screens
1. The followings show the screens mentioned in the enlarged sub-menu and their
functions.
Refer to the following pages for the details.
Temperature The temperature monitor screen of the reaction tray and the
pre-heater of cleaning water.
There are the liquid level sensor parameter screen and the
temperature parameter screen as sub-screens.
Offset The input screen of the offset values for the unit alignment.
Manual Function The screen to move the units by manual operation.
The following are the sub-screens.

Encoder The screen to see the information of encoder.
Sensor The monitor screen of the position sensor.
Offset The same screen as the screen of Offset above.
M.Auto The screen to combine the manual operations to
program.
