During the measurement, rotary encoder counts motor rotation angle and sample
probe rotation position is checked.
- If rotation angle exceeds the limit or it consumed too much time, an alarm is
given and emergency stop is made.
Before rotation starts, system checks if up/down movement position is at the
home position.
- If it will not be at the home position within the fixed time, system gives alarm
and emergency stop.
