3.4.3. Unit Dismantling and Re-assembly
1. Unit dismantling
1. Turn off system power source and PC
power switch.
2. Open top cover and push over upper
chassis gently to give a tilt.
- Make sure to remove fixing screws on
left and right panels in advance.
- Confirm the “click” sound made by a
stay when fixed.
3. Remove front panel first, and then
upper panel.

Refer to Chapter 1, page 1-5.
4. Hold bottle case by edge to lift up and
remove bottle case.
5. Remove the following wiring
connectors.

J4703
6. Loosen unit fixing screws (four), and
remove them.
7. Hold the upper part of outer case, and
lift up unit to remove.
2. Assembling
Assembling procedure is the reverse of the above.
