3.9. Mixing Pump (MP)
3.9.1. Parts and Configuration
- Refer to “ASSY-11 MP” for the unit assembly drawing.
- Refer to “WIRING-13 MP” for the unit wiring diagram.
3.9.2. Function and Action
1. Function
There are four pumps and one of them is a spare.
Two pumps are to supply MU-1 (two) with air pressure (suction and
pressurization), and one is to supply MU-2 with air pressure (suction and
pressurization).
2. Action (Refer to “ASSY-11” for assembly drawing.)
When stepping motor (10) rotates, the rotation movement is transformed into
linear motion through crank shaft (8) fixed to motor shaft, flange bush (9)
and bearing case (7). And the linear motion is transferred to Diaphragm (3).
Stepping motor (10) drives four pumps ; one side of the shaft drives two pumps
And another side drives two pumps.
ON OFF of motor driving is controlled by the time.
