3.2.3. Unit Dismantling and Re-assembly
1. Unit dismantling
1) Turn off system power switch and PC
power switch.
2) After opening top cover, push over upper
chassis gently to give a tilt.
- Be sure to remove fixing screws on
left and right panels in advance.
- Confirm the “click” sound made by a
stay when fixed.
3) Remove front panel first, and then
upper panel.
- Refer to chapter 1, page 1-5.
4) Loosen M6 joint of sample pump and
disconnect tube.
- When disconnecting tube, water in the
tube flows out. Wipe it off with tissue
paper.
5) Disconnect the following connectors.
J4201 J4202 J4203 J4204
J4205 J4208
6) Remove unit fixing screws (four).
7) While holding base plate and spline
shaft bearing, pull up the unit to remove,
taking care of tubes and wiring.
