3.12.3 Unit Dismantling and Re-assembly
1. Unit dismantling
1. Turn off system power source and PC
power switch.
2. Open top cover and push over upper
chassis gently to give a tilt.
Make sure to remove fixing screws
on left and right panels in advance.
Confirm the “click” sound made by
a stay when fixed.
3. Remove upper panel.
Refer to Chapter 1, page 1-5.
4. Remove the plate.
5. Remove all of seven piping tubes
connected to the upper part of pump
head, and two tubes for aspiration of
washing solution.
6. Remove connectors.

7. Loosen blue nut connected under
the manifold and remove piping.
8. After loosening unit fixing screws
(four), remove them.
9. Holding unit, lift it up and remove it.
