TRIM/TILT
INSTALLATION
Apply marine grease to the upper cylinder bushings [1]
inner and outer surfaces, upper cylinder pin [2] outer
surface.
Install the two upper cylinder bushings to the power
trim/tilt piston rod A [3].
install the power trim/tilt piston rod A to the swivel case
[4].
Insert the upper cylinder pin and set the two E-rings [5]
to the cylinder pin grooves.
Pass each wire through the motor code bushing [1].
Install the motor cord bushing by aligning the projection
[2] on the motor cord bushing with the groove [3] in the
L. stern bracket [4].
Install the trim angle sensor [5] and tighten the two bolts
(6 x 20 mm) [6].
