FUEL SYSTEM
INSTALLATION
Apply marine grease to a new O-ring [1] and install it to
the exhaust manifold [2].
Install the exhaust manifold [1] into the exhaust guide
water seal. Do not turn the grommet inside out.
Set a new gasket [2] to the exhaust manifold and
loosely tighten the bolt (8 x 60 mm) [3] to the lower
corner of the exhaust manifold.
Slide the gasket as shown and install the exhaust
manifold with the bolts (8 x 40 mm) and bolts (8 x 60
mm).
Install the exhaust manifold with the bolts (8 x 40 mm)
[1] and bolts (8 x 60 mm) [2] and tighten them.

Loosely tighten here first, then
slide a new gasket between
the exhaust manifold and the
engine.
