CHARGING SYSTEM
Remove the rear bearing [1] and bearing cover [2] from
the rotor using a commercially available bearing puller
[3].
Install a commercially available bearing puller with care
not to damage the rotor shaft.
Remove the four screws (4.5 x 19 mm) [1] and bearing
retainer [2].
Support the stator housing in a vise, and drive out the
front bearing [1] using a suitable tool.
Check the alternator parts (page 7-15).
