SWITCH PANEL INDICATOR WIRE

HARNESSES REMOVAL/

INSTALLATION

REMOVAL

Remove the following:
– Front separate cover (page 6-3)

– Shift control cable pivot (page 20-3)

– Throttle control cable pivot (page 20-6)
Loosen the screw and remove the grommet band [1],

then remove the under case grommet A [2].
Remove the bolt (6 x 16 mm) [3] and remote control

cable plate [4].
Be careful not to damage the starter cables by letting

them fall: use a string or wire to hang the starter cables

from the engine hanger bracket.
Remove the bolt (6 x 14 mm) [5] and harness bracket

[6], and release the two harness band clips [7].
Disconnect the switch panel wire harness 14P

connector [8] and indicator wire harness 6P connector

[9].
