Status Sheet
A status sheet can be printed that shows how the printer is presently configured (the active
format is printed). This can be an invaluable reference when something is changed or a prior
configuration needs to be recovered. When the printer is configured for a particular print job,
print and save the status sheet for later use.
The On Line light should be out.
If not, press the ON LINE key.

Press the MENU key to access the LCD Menu.

Press and release the UP ARROW key until the LCD displays

. Use the
DOWN ARROW key to go back if needed.

Press the FIRST key to go back at the top of the LCD menu.
