Wiggle the ribbon guide onto the print head nozzle and snap it down flush.
The ribbon guide fits snugly between the exit rollers. Center the ribbon guide over the print
nozzle. Start with the front end of the ribbon guide pointing slightly up and then rotate it down
onto the print head nozzle. It should snap down into place with moderate pressure.
