Note: If no communities are defined, the SNMP agent is not
accessible.
To add a community:
1 Click Add .
The Add SNMP Community page displays (see Figure 231 ).

In the
Name
box, enter a unique
Name
for the community (up to
20 characters).
Valid characters are letters, numbers, hyphens, and underscores.
3 Enter a valid IP Address and Network Mask pair.
A pair is valid if performing a logical bitwise AND operation on the
IP address and the network mask results in the IP address. See the
table below for examples:
