System Node

The DXi8500 System Node is a computer server that provides storage 

and control for the DXi8500 software (host OS and software 

applications). The System Node contains dual hard drives in a RAID 1 

configuration ensuring high availability of the system software.

System Node – Front Panel

The front of the DXi8500 System Node has a series of LED indicators and 

buttons (see
