Sending a Service Ticket
Send a service ticket to send the ticket details to an e-mail address. You
can also add optional comments to the e-mail.
Note:
To enable the DXi8500 to send e-mail, you must specify an
outgoing e-mail server (see
Server
on page 404).
To send a service ticket:

In the list of service tickets, click the ticket number.

Click
at the bottom of the page.
The
Email Ticket Information
section displays at the bottom of the
page (see
Figure 150
).
