Remove soiling and dirt.
When cleaning the print head, adequate care should be taken. If the print
head is rubbed with a hard metallic object or with an object that has metal
dust attached, scratches will be caused, and printing by these parts will
become impossible.
Most of the roll sheets use adhesives. There are situations where the
adhesive from the leading edge of the roll sheet will become attached to the
width regulating guide, causing feeding problems. If adhesive soiling is
noticed on the width regulating guide, wipe off the soiling using a soft cloth
that has been moistened with water and then tightly wrung.
• Replacement Parts
• Cleaning Roller
Although a cleaning cassette is incorporated to maintain the cleaning effect, when
the effect of the cleaning roller becomes reduced, it is recommended to replace the
cleaning roller.
