• When there is faint printing at the Top and Bottom of the Printed Items
• Is the plate warped?
In the situation where a rigid plate is warped, so that the print head does not contact
the plate equally, the printed characters may be faint in some parts. Use plates that
have no warping. Further, to prevent warping, take care of the plate storage.

• When there is Horizontal Streaking on the Printed Item
• Is there soiling of the print head?
If there is dust or dirt attached to the print head, some parts of the printed item will
show streaking (areas where printing is not possible). Clean the print head, taking
care not to damage it.
