• Does the width adjustment of the width regulating guide match the plate or sheet?
Adjust the width regulating guide so that the plate or sheet moves smoothly.

• Has the plate or sheet been correctly set?
If the width regulating guide has not been correctly set, straight feeding of the media
will not be possible. Take out the plate or sheet and re-set it again.

• Is there soiling of the rollers, or is slippage occurring?
Clean dust and dirt from the rollers.

• Has an adequate ejection space been secured for the printing object?
If there are objects in the neighborhood of the ejection port which interfere with the
ejection of the printing object, the object will not be able to be ejected straight. Take
care not to leave objects in the neighborhood of the ejection port, and install the
printer in a location where it is possible to secure an adequate space.

• Is there soiling or dust attached to the plate or sheet?
Or are there depressions, scratches, or burr?
Before setting the plate or sheet in the printer, remove any soiling or dirt.
