4.2 Troubleshooting
• Is the power cord correctly connected to the power socket?
Insert the power cord connector into the power cord insertion port of the printer, and
insert the power plug into an AC100-240V power socket.

• Has the power switch been switched on?
Switch the power switch to on.

• Is a message being displayed?
Confirm the message that is being shown on the main unit display.
• When the Printing does not Start
(Communications are not possible)
• Has the USB cable been properly connected?
Properly connect the printer with the PC using the USB cable.

• Has the printer driver for this printer been installed in the PC?
Install the printer driver for this printer in the PC.

• Has this printer been correctly selected for printing?
Select “P-PRINTER” as the [Printer Name] in the [Print] menu.
