From Kaleido-X to/from NTP Server
The following ports, used for communications to/from Network Time Protocol servers, are open by default
on all Kaleido-X systems:

Assigning an IP Address to Each Device in Your System
Kaleido-X
To configure a Kaleido-X on a TCP/IP network:
1. Assign an IP address, and specify the appropriate network mask, gateway address, and a system name
for the Kaleido-X.
Refer to “Configuring the Kaleido-X” on page 15.
2. Configure a client PC.
Refer to “Changing the Client PC’s IP Address’” on page 13.
3. Configure the Kaleido-RCP2.
Refer to “Configuring the Kaleido-RCP2” on page 19.
Kaleido-RCP2
To assign an IP address to the Kaleido-RCP2:
•
Connect the RJ-45 Ethernet connector to the Kaleido-RCP2. The RCP2 draws its power from the
Ethernet cable.

Audio Bridge Terminal (ABT)
To assign an IP address to the ABT:
•
Connect the RJ-45 Ethernet connector to the ABT. The ABT draws its power from the Ethernet cable.
