Managing Layouts

3. In the Properties pane, click the Background image box, under Appearance, and then click the button 

that appeared at the end of the box.
The Select Image window appears.

4. If the image you wish to use is not already listed in Select Image, then click the Open 

 button to 

open the 

Browse Image

 window. Locate the image, select it, and then click Open.

The image is imported into the current database.

Note: 

The maximum size for each image is 100 KB, and the maximum overall size (for all images) is 

10 MB. The image can be in PNG, GIF, or JPEG format. Images can be used on multiple layouts and only 
need to be imported to the database once.
