HYDRAULIC  SYSTEM

(2) Removing Top Cover (3-Point Hydraulic Block) (CABIN Model)

Preparation

1. Park the tractor on a flat place.
2. Remove the lower links (4), lift rods (3) and top link (1).
3. Remove the trailer coupler stay (2).
4. Disconnect the lowering speed rod (7).
5. Remove the auxiliary control wire (6) and auxiliary control valve

(5).

6. Place the disassembling stand under the transmission case and

remove the right rear wheel.

7. Remove the both cylinder hoses (9) and cylinders (10).
8. Remove the both delivery pipe (8) retaining nuts.
9. Disconnect the position control rod (13) from the position lever 1

(14) and draft rod (12) from the draft lever 1 (11).

NOTE

Q

• Take care not to damage the grease nipple when remove the

hydraulic cylinder pin.

(When reassembling)

• Apply grease to the grease nipples.
• Take care not to damage the grease nipples when reassemble

the hydraulic cylinder.

• To assemble the auxiliary control valve wire, refer to “[1]

CHECKING  AND  ADJUSTING” in this section.

• Be sure to fit the O-rings for auxiliary control valve.
