[4] SEPARATING CLUTCH HOUSING CASE FROM TRANSMISSION CASE

(1) Preparation for CABIN Model

Removing Cabin from Body

1. Refer to “10. CABIN” section.

Fuel Tank

1. Remove the auxiliary step (1) both side.
2. Remove the fuel tank (2).

Hydraulic Pipes

1. Remove the shuttle valve delivery pipe (3).
2. Remove the power steering delivery pipe (4).
3. Remove the brake master cylinder return hose (2).
4. Remove the dual speed pipe (1).
5. Remove the 3 point delivery pipe (9).
6. Remove the trailer brake pipe (10).
7. Remove the solenoid valve assembly pipe (5).
8. Remove the suction pipe (7).*
9. Remove the oil filter cartridge (8).*
10.Remove the return pipe (11).*
11.Remove the outlet block (6) with pipe.
12.Remove the trailer brake return pipe (12).

NOTE

Q

• Procedure 8, 9 and 10 with * marks relate for F36/R36 speed

transmission model.
