TRANSMISSION

Main Shift Fork

1. Remove the roll pin (4), fork rod (5) and 3rd-4th fork (3).
2. Remove the roll pin (8), fork rod (10) and 5th-6th fork (9).
3. Remove the roll pin (6), fork rod (16) and 1st-2nd fork (7).

NOTE

Q

• Take care not to lose the balls and springs.
• The springs (1), (13) and (14) are paired, large and small one.

(When reassembling)

• Be sure to assemble the detent balls (2), (12), (15) with springs

(1), (13), (14) and inter lock ball (11), (17).
