Side Clearance of 1st Shaft
1. Measure the side clearance ( L ) between the two thrust collars
(1).
2. If clearance ( L ) exceeds the factory specification, adjust the
clearance using adjusting collar (2).

1. Measure the thickness of clutch disc with vernier calipers.
2. If the thickness is less than the allowable limit, replace it.
