Bearing Holder and Speed Sensor
1. Remove the speed sensor (2).
2. Remove the external circlip and 33T DT gear (3).
3. Remove the bearing holder mounting screws, and take out the
bearing holder (1).
If the shaft comes out with bearing holder, tap in the shaft during
take out the bearing holder (1).
(When reassembling)
• Apply transmission fluid to the O-ring of speed sensor (2).
• Be sure to fix the parking brake arm (5) and parking cam lever (4).

1st Shaft, 2nd Shaft and 3rd Shaft
1. Slowly draw out the three shafts with gears together by step by
step.
2. Take out the three shafts from clutch housing case.

Q
• Do not fall down the shaft when removing the shafts with
gears.
• Do not tap the bearing stop part (a) of clutch housing case,
it cause break a part of clutch housing case. Be sure to tap
at the inner race of bearing (5) or 2nd shaft when remove the
2nd shaft assembly (1).
(When reassembling)
• For easily assemble, stand the clutch housing case and
assemble the 1st shaft assembly (2), 2nd shaft assembly (1) and
3rd shaft assembly (4) at same time.
