IMPORTANT
Q
• Do not connect the universal joint of the implement to the
tractor PTO shaft while testing.
• Set the main shift lever and shuttle lever in Neutral position.
• Set the parking brake lever in parking position.
• Be sure to set the disassembling stand, under the
transmission case when remove the rear wheel to adjust the
relief valve pressure.
• Be sure to set the disassembling stand, under the rear axle
after removed rear wheel.
1. Remove the plug (R1/8) (2) and/or (7) on the solenoid valve
assembly (1).
2. Assemble the adaptor (R1/8) (3), threaded joint (4), cable (6) and
pressure gauge (5).
3. Start the engine and set the engine speed to maximum.
4. Set the hi-low dual speed switch Hi or Lo position and measure
the oil pressure.
5. If only the pressure in the clutch engaged position is low, check
the dual speed clutch system.
6. If the measurement is not within the factory specifications,
measure the system pressure, and adjust the system pressure
with relief valve (9) if necessary.

• Engine speed : Approx. 2600 min

• Oil temperature : 45 to 55 °C

• Turn the adjusting screw clockwise direction
