MODEL)

Clearance between Internal Circlip and Pressure Plate

1. Measure the clearance between internal circlip and pressure

plate with a feeler gauge while applying specified force.
Specified force : 176 to 296 N (18 to 30 kgf, 39.6 to 66.1 lbf)

2. 3-points are measured, and the smallest value is assumed to be

clearance.

3. If the clearance exceeds the allowable limit, measure the

thickness of clutch disc and steel plate with vernier calipers.

4. If the thickness is less than the allowable limit, replace them.
5. Remeasure to confirm the correct clearance.
