Using Wideband AM
Wideband AM uses the I input of the I/Q modulation system. When the wideband AM is turned on,
the I/Q is turned on and the I/Q source is set to external. If the I/Q is turned off or the I/Q source is
set to internal, then the wideband AM turns off.

Setting the Wideband AM
1.
Set up and enable the desired modulation type.
2.
Press
AM > AM Path 1 2 WB
to
WB.
For frequencies between 9 kHz and 5 MHz, Wideband AM turns off.
AM > AM Path 1 2 WB
Enables and disables the
wideband AM feature.
Note: If the I/Q is turned off or
the I/Q source is set to
internal, then the wideband
AM turns off.
